At the request of @jnfoster, created a
P4D2_2018_Eastfolder as a copy of theP4D2_2017_Fallfolder. Updated the VM for the latest versions of bmv2, p4c, and PI and fixed a few small bugs. Applied patch from @antoninbas to updatep4runtimeexercise.
