Horace cloning instructions

Horace depends on Herbert so you need clone both

Using the command line:

git clone https://github.com/pace-neutrons/Horace
git clone https://github.com/pace-neutrons/Herbert

Then add it to Matlab path and initialize as for user installation instructions
