This depends if the next version is going to be 1.6.0 or 2.0.0 (I used `@since 1.6.0`). If 2.0.0, then remove deprecated APIs (e.g., public `uriDecode` method), or not? If not 2.0.0. then this pull request #157 should be reverted until 2.0.0, I think.
