Propose new type for mport package manager for MidnightBSD

The proposed type would use the mport type with a midnightbsd namespace.

There would be two qualifiers:
arch with values of amd64, i386, or any
osrel, which is the major and minor version of the operating system the package was built for. (any 3.2.x release would be 3.2)

Someone else mentioned another pattern. I'd love feedback on this

I'm not sure what is preferred here. Based on the common package manager family or the OS family. The BSD's do have different code most of the time. Some also support multiple package managers.

(MidnightBSD's got mport officially and RavenPorts, DragonFly has dpkg and RavenPorts, FreeBSD has pkg and RavenPorts, NetBSD has pkg-src, etc)
