Add negative net install indicator to chart

Sometimes on low-traffic packages, there are more uninstalls than installs in a week. Usually just one or two. I propose adding a rectangle of the pale orange below the horizontal axis.

• Maybe use the accurate scale for the Y axis.
• Maybe just a uniform sized rectangle to show that a negative number exists.

In particular, this distinguishes weeks of 0 from weeks with negative installs.

Not a priority. I might also write this myself.

Sure fun, but it must be rendered

so that the axis is still on top of such bars. And it can't be the real scale as there is no room for it in the chart. If you look here

you see that below the x-axis we may not even have half of a tick, in the picture above "-20" may be the max minimum. Or you completely renovate the scaler.
