Point testing-farm jobs in queued state to api reporting the state #527

Description
Currently before packit received an update from the webhook, the page just displays the pipeline ID without any way to check the current result.
During this time, a link to https://api.dev.testing-farm.io/v0.1/requests/ would be beneficial to be able to check the current state.

- There is an existing workaround that can be used until this feature is implemented.
