Memory Mushroom / Relearning adjustments
The Memory Mushroom menu now shows either an icon (Egg, TM, Mushroom) or a level number indicating the source of the move
Moves learned by prevolutions will now be available via memory mushroom when at the correct level. For example, Breloom is able to learn Spore via Memory Mushroom if it is at or above level 40, because Shroomish learns Spore at level 40.
Note that this does not apply to moves which the evolution will learn later, so the benefit of delaying evolutions to get moves earlier still exists
A new message will be shown when a Pokémon unlocks a prevolution's move after leveling up (for example, when Breloom reaches level 40)
We now can set certain species on trainers to no longer generate with the lower attacking stat moves if they have a large stat disparity, this has been applied to many species
Bug Fixes
Mystery Encounters with minimum party size requirements no longer count fainted or challenge-illegal Pokémon toward the minimum
Smart AI will no longer attempt to use moves which would fail due to weather or terrain
UI
Candy upgrades which are too expensive are now grayed out in the starter select menu
Added "mostly ineffective" and "extremely effective" messages from Champions
Miscellaneous
Stat stage changes now play all at once. For example, an omni-boost will display a single animation with the message "<Pokémon>'s stats rose!" instead of five separate animations and messages. This also applies to stat stage changes due to end-of-turn berries or boss bars breaking.
Added the luck value to the window.gameInfo object, further supporting plugin developers
Adjusted/Updated composer credits
Event Rewards
Events may now reward items for Rival battles 3-6 as well as the existing 1-2
If an event reward item is already at max stacks, it will instead award Pokeballs of the respective tier
Unimplemented moves no longer prompt to be learned on level up
