The download is now a zip: unzip it anywhere and run vo_patch-0.15.1.exe. The _internal folder beside it has to stay.

• The program ships as a folder instead of a single exe, which far fewer virus scanners object to. The netplay DLL is a file in that folder.
• If Defender still flags it: Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Protection history → the entry for the file → Allow. See Virus warnings, or run vo_patch.py from source.
• The patches themselves are unchanged from 0.15.0.
