Delete wrong relationships in IUPAC mapping

As described in #421, several relationships are wrong and should be deleted from the mapping.

Here the list:

• R46: delete photon correlation spectroscopy -- correlation spectroscopy through long-range coupling
• R94: delete serial synchrotron crystallography -- high throughput, see also R95, R253
• R95: delete serial synchrotron crystallography -- high-throughput screening, see also R94, R253
• R158: identical content to R157 -> delete one
• R169: delete: photon emission -- photon emittance
• R170: delete: photon emission -- photon exitance
• R188: delete: mass spectrometry -- reflection electron energy loss spectroscopy
• R191: grazing incidence diffraction -- reflection-absorption at grazing incidence
• R226: delete: photon emission -- spectral photon exitance
• R239: delete: purpose -- surface roughness; maybe we want to add define surface roughness as a purpose in PaNET?

By the way, the changes to the mapping must be reflected in the mapping_set_id, which I initially set to mapping_goldbook_PaNET_v1.0.

So far, I have no experience with versioning things. I briefly read some recommendations. If I understand correctly, then a 3-tier versioning is more reasonable and this change would be a minor change, thus affecting tier 2.

Is the new version then mapping_goldbook_PaNET_v1.1.0?
