Bump plugin version to 2.2.2 and add a configurable cash_expired_period option. Introduces an admin select (1–24 hours, default 24) to set how long a customer has to pay in cash before the coupon expires. Improve JSON parsing and error responses, more robust extraction of order reference, clearer order-not-found and payload errors, and map transaction statuses to WC order statuses with added order notes. Also add permission_callback => __return_true to the registered REST route and log exceptions during processing.
