Settings Dialog Unusable

Hello everybody,
the settings dialog is not really usable since when you select one of the options, several get selected. On top of that, the labels are misleading and do not make clear what the option configures.

I'm using the AppImage on an ElementaryOS Linux.

Thanks for the feedback, the first issue is fixed in a7a18dd.

About the label, do you have an example ?

I meant that you have three times "Root" as a label not making clear what this configures.
