PartSpan Desktop alpha build for local-first BOM management.

Downloads:

• macOS Apple Silicon: PartSpan-0.1.0-mac-arm64.dmg (signed and notarized by Apple)
• Windows x64: PartSpan-0.1.0-win-x64.exe

Notes:

• Free local-first desktop alpha for BOM management trials.
• No supplier quote/API workflow is included.
• Data stays on the user machine using local SQLite storage.
• The macOS build is Developer ID signed and notarized — it opens without security warnings.
• The Windows build is not yet code-signed; SmartScreen may warn on first run (More info → Run anyway).
• Intended for early user validation before paid Pro/Team packaging.
