Office plugin: your agent company as a live pixel office

[Kshitijm7]

I built a plugin that turns your Paperclip company into a live pixel office. Every agent has a desk, you can see who is working, thinking, blocked or stuck, and work moves between desks as it gets handed over.

Repo: https://github.com/Kshitijm7/paperclip-office (Apache-2.0)

• Office floor: the layout comes from your org chart. Each team gets its own room, the chief gets an office, and there's a boardroom, a cafe and a lobby. Same company, same office, every time.
• Live state: a coloured ring and a bubble show what each agent is doing right now, and a red flag marks anyone stuck or idle with work waiting.
• Decision box: everything waiting on you in one place, approvals and questions, with both outcomes spelled out.
• PA: a personal assistant walks the floor every round and posts a supervisor report to the chief, with decisions to make, all flags, a roll call and each agent's latest update. It wakes the chief when something needs a call.
• Agent tool office_status: a lead can ask who is idle, stuck or overloaded before assigning work.
• Dashboard widget with counts and who is on what.

The office scene is adapted from munder-difflin (MIT) and runs unmodified against Paperclip data. The default art is a Scandi wood tileset that ships with the repo, so it works out of the box.

Install:

npx paperclipai plugin install <path-to-repo> --api-base http://127.0.0.1:3100

Feedback and contributions welcome. If your company has an unusual shape, I'd love a screenshot of how the office lays it out.
