How to install persistant binaries

Hi team, First of all, Nice operator!
I would like to see how to install binaries tools in the instance in a declarative way. For example GOG or GH Cli. I checked the doc but i dont see clearly how to proceed.

it looks like putting binaries in /home/openclaw/.openclaw/.local/bin is in the PATH. thats where ive dropped nano and rg.
