• ✨ Replaces the fixed 2-second initial delay and 3-second retry intervals with an aggressive exponential backoff strategy starting at 100ms and capping at 1 second. This reduces connection latency by approximately 500ms since the guest typically boots in ~3.5 seconds after feat: Optimize qemu for direct kernel boot #16
