[Support] Cannot Disable Regular Login in Paperless-ngx and Enabling SSO Only

Hi,

I’m trying to configure Paperless-ngx so that users can log in only via SSO, with regular username/password login completely disabled.

SSO sign-in is already working.

In my .env file, I’ve added:

PAPERLESS_REDIRECT_LOGIN_TO_SSO=true
PAPERLESS_DISABLE_REGULAR_LOGIN=true

However, when I visit the Paperless-ngx login page, I still see the regular username/password form. I was expecting users to be redirected directly to the SSO login or at least for the standard login form to be hidden/disabled.

Steps I’ve Taken

1. Confirmed SSO works and can authenticate users.

2. Double-checked environment variable names and spelling.

3. Restarted the Paperless-ngx service after changes.

Changing environment variables requires recreating a container, not just restarting it

Oh man, I spent two days thinking about this and totally didn't come up with that. Thanks so much , this fixed it for me.
