[Feature Request] Safe-Box Integration

Description

As a user of an safe-deposit electronic box, I would like to send some documents in this safe place.

A french example of safe-deposit electronic box is "https://www.laposte.fr/digiposte/".
There is an api : https://developer.laposte.fr/products/digiposte/3/documentation

Feature 1: Configure Digiposte Safe:

I would like the ability to configure my Digiposte safe directly from Paperless-ngx. This includes setting up the safe, managing access controls, and defining storage preferences within Digiposte, all from the Paperless-ngx interface. This streamlined configuration process will simplify the user experience and ensure a seamless connection between the two platforms.

Feature 2: Synchronize Documents via Tags:

I need the capability to assign a specific tag to documents within Paperless-ngx and synchronize all documents associated with this tag to my Digiposte safe. This synchronization process should be automatic and ongoing, ensuring that any document tagged for synchronization is promptly transferred to Digiposte. This feature will enable efficient organization and secure storage of important documents.

Feature 3: Retrieve New Documents from Digiposte:

Additionally, I request the ability to retrieve any new documents added to my Digiposte safe and import them into Paperless-ngx. This feature is crucial for maintaining an up-to-date and centralized document repository. Having the ability to pull new documents from Digiposte into Paperless-ngx will ensure that my document management system remains comprehensive and current.

Integrating Digiposte seems interesting to me (see the copied/pasted FR) as I’d like to avoid having two separate storage points. Unfortunately, a SIRET number is required to access the Digiposte API. I’ve started the integration but I can't test it myself.

If anyone in France has a SIRET and is willing to help me test, let me know! 😄
