[Feature Request] New Mail Filter „Has Attachement“

Hello,

I love Paperless-NGX and also the ability to consume mails automatically.

Actual situation: In my use case I have an mail account where i get a lot of useless mails without attachments but sometime I receive mails with an attachment I want to consume in Paperless automatically (message and attachement). If I set the mail rule to „only process attachments“ the message itself will not be consumed, just the attachment. If I set to „process message as eml and attachment separately“ all mails without attachments get consumed also.

So I think, there is the filter option missing if the mail has an attachment or not. Maybe also combined with a regex like the filters „from“ and „to“.

What do you think about? Would this be a potentially new feature?
