test: harden compose smoke assertions for settings refactor

Summary

• harden library compose smoke to assert current settings shell labels/resources instead of stale literals
• harden Polaris sync sheet compose smoke by using string resources and tolerant mode-label assertions
• keep assertions clickability-focused for options/system actions while preserving scroll visibility checks

Validation

• staged credential assignment/private-key scan (clean)
• attempted Calculating task graph as no cached configuration is available for tasks: :app:compileNonRootGameDebugAndroidTestKotlin
  Configuration cache entry stored. on MacPapi (blocked: local Android SDK missing here)
• previous CI context: 95/97 tests passing; 2 Robolectric failures were Java17/SDK36 environment mismatch, unrelated to these test-only edits
