Replace embedded help system with existing hosted documentation #1641
Description
The help system embedded within the project has remained in a state of suspended animation for nearly three years. In this time, a considerable effort has been made to provide resources on the Parallax Learn site.
Replace the local references to the help system with links to the landing page on the Learn site, https://learn.parallax.com/ab-blocks.
