Incorrect and Missing Items in BOM

1. The 100nF capacitors are listed as 0402 in the BOM while the footprint in the layout is 0603.
2. There is an extra 10.7 MHz filter in the BOM and it uses a different footprint than the layout.
3. The AD8031 op amp is missing from the BOM.
