Align the Rust trait surface with the RFC and the triangle-js-sdk implementation: remove TxPayloadContext, fold signer into the payload, add genesis_hash at root, and use concrete ProductAccountTxPayload / LegacyAccountTxPayload structs instead of a generic + VersionedTxPayload wrapper.
