  • neo --version now runs full initialization — seed and community facts load on first run
  • Version output always shows community contribution status
  • Existing users migrated to auto-update on upgrade (respects explicit opt-out)
  • Flaky CI tests eliminated (seeded RNG for deterministic rankings)
  • Pre-commit hook (ruff + pytest) and CI gate on publish workflow prevent shipping broken code
