Update CLI command

• remove cloud claim It doesn't even exists anymore
• add all the current commands
• change claim to add

To update the particle compile command now that the photon is supported;

Compiles one or more source file, or a directory of source files, and downloads a firmware binary. This is device specific and must be passed as an argument to during compilation.
