This change polishes the user guide navigation and first-project page. It replaces the custom Starlight header override with Starlight Utils multi-sidebar dropdown behavior, removes the separate installation page from the user-guide flow, keeps section pagination scoped to the active sidebar group, and uses Starlight's FileTree component for the recommended project layout in both Chinese and English docs.
