Build the
linux-x64language server inmanylinux2014so the VSIX keeps GNU/glibc platform semantics while supporting CentOS 7 / glibc 2.17. Also pins Slang's CMake install libdir toliband packageslinux-x64from the prebuilt server artifact.Closes #204.
