  • Fix CSL date parsing for partial array-form dates
  • In csl2cff such dates will resolve to the first month/day e.g. [2019, 9] will become 2019-09-01
  • Minimum rust version has been reduced to 1.59 so the tools can be built on the rustc distributed with Ubuntu (#1, #2)
  • A CITATION.cff file has been added to the repo, with references generated via dogfooding csl2cff
