not able to download

i have downloaded the certificate and installed as said in the download manual. but after installing the certificate im still not able to download it. im also not a great guy with tech so it might be that i did something wrong so ill paste a video if i can.

as you can see im not able to download it. if there is any error in what i did please correct me

what cpu do you have? and which MSIX package did you attempt to install?

along with that, when installing the certificate, did you click Install Certificate > Place all certificates in the following store and then selected Trusted People?

yes i did do that. i think i have pasted a video...

i have also noticed another thing. after clicking install certificate i got another popup asking to select local machine or current user. i have so far only clicked current user. does it have anything to do with not being able to install?

ok so i have succesfully installed the app by clicking local machine. but the problem is that the app opens for 1 second and closes itself? i dont know exactly what is happening. the problem specifically happens when i select the albums button. then i have to reinstall the app

interesting, i’ll have to take a look at that. in the meantime, make sure you have a library set inside of Settings, and that it’s not protected or anything by the system

i also need to update the guide to mention only doing it on Local Machine, i’ll do that right now
