This PR refactors the Table component to follow a HeroUI-style compound API and keeps TanStack integration fully explicit at usage level. It adds a controlled sorting contract on Table.Content, updates Table.Column for sortable header behavior, aligns related table consumers, and includes playground examples (including TanStack + pagination)
