Field-test release: epoch-based reclamation with per-page write locking,
the WorkTablesIndex 0.0.8 migration (backward-scan split-skip fix, owned
iterators, lawful multipair order), and data_bucket 0.5.4. ReadGuard is
now !Send: holding a lazy select iterator across an await point fails to
compile instead of stalling reclamation.
