Two separate Save/Save As toolbar buttons — previously there was a single save button and Save As was only accessible via Ctrl+Shift+S. Now both actions have dedicated buttons with distinct icons (upload arrow for Save, upload arrow + dot for Save As) and tooltip shortcuts.
Checkmark feedback on save — on successful save, the button icon smoothly crossfades to a checkmark for 1.5 seconds, then fades back. Works for both toolbar clicks and keyboard shortcuts.
