Pico 2W not detected after unplugging whilst PicoShell is installed.

After flashing MicroPython 1.25 or 1.26 and then unloading the PicoShell it works fine at start but after unplugging the Pico 2W and the plugging it back in the MicroPython Interpreter is no longer getting detected.
It also "Bricks" the Pico 2W forcing you to upload the nuke.uf2 to make it usable again because flashing regular MicroPython directly after running the shell also no longer gets detected after unplugging and replugging it.

Note1: the PicoShell runs perfectly fine on the Pico 1W and the Detection Problem doesn't appear on the Pico 1W.
After unplugging the Pico 1W MicroPython it is redetected in Thonny and you can access the shell again.

Note2: after beeing unplugged for a few minutes the same problem appears on the Pico 1W
Note3: on some Pico 1W MicroPython still gets detected but all the files apart from the main.py file aswell as the directories are missing. Maybe this helps in identifying the problem

Summarie: Pico 2W no longer gets detected, Pico 1W often no longer gets detected, sometimes it does but then most of the files are missing.

Sorry for the delay, I somehow didn't see this till now. I think I was able to recreate the problem. Looking into it now

The issue was that the device is automatically connected to Telnet before the USB even has time to initialize so the computer ends up not recognizing the Pico in time. The only way to still access it is connecting to it via telnet. I commented this out so it no longer automatically connects to telnet and you need to manually launch it so it won't run in to this issue. This is a MicroPython limitation due to the way it handles the REPL. It does not allow you to run two things at once and the only reason Telnet will work after the regular USB connection is because all it is is essentially a mirror.
