This PR removes the Beacon and Query port, as they are not longer used. It furthermore adds the now-required Reliable Messaging Port (ReliablePort and ExternalReliablePort). I chose to make both ReliablePorts configurable. The reformating of some of the other tabbings is for consistency, as "ExternalReliablePort" is pretty long.
The source for this change is the official wiki under "Port forwarding and firewall settings".
This change was tested on a production instance.
