Fix placeholder color in Firefox

Input needs a little refinement in Firefox:

Placeholder color is off. Safari and Chrome are fine.

Base PatternFly placeholder color seems lighter in Firefox for textareas in general as well.

This may not be an issue. The contrast of the placeholder text against its background far exceeds the 4.5:1 minimum in both light and dark modes. Will leave it open in case @rebeccaalpert has further context.

It was just visually much, much lighter in Firefox than other browsers (differed from design). If it meets contrast, this has been open long enough/I haven't had time to look at it long enough that I'd feel totally comfortable closing it.

Gotcha, yeah FWIW here's what it looks like on staging for me, both unfocused and focused (made sure to turn off high contrast as well):

Which the text color seems less light now than when the screeenshot in the OC was made? Grabbing the color values and checking contrast they do pass, though. If this all looks fine to you I say we close this issue for now
