Add support for low fidelity prototypes #3
Description
Add the ability to create a low fidelity version of an application using a flag. The low fidelity option should have the ability to switch between high fidelity and low fidelity. By applying the low fidelity option a low fidelity CSS theme will be put on the application. There also should be the a banner indicating the application is a repository.
