Docs - Update description list guidelines

Follow-up to #4542

I noticed these content change needs while reviewing our v6 image updates.

These guidelines can be improved in a couple of ways:

• Add an annotated elements section
• Remove hardcoded px references
• Remove use of "may" and specific color references
