Bug - Wizard/next - Parent step name not displaying in collapsed mode (label for dropdown)

Describe the problem
The parent step name should be displayed as the first label in the collapsed version of the Wizard. This is a non-issue for anyone who uses non-mobile sized screens with the Wizard.

How do you reproduce the problem?
Can reproduce by visiting our docs for the "next" Wizard, which is still marked as beta. Specifically the "Exapandable steps" example has substeps which this can be tested with.
