Bug - Select - search input text does not have borders when loses focus

Describe the problem
The Select component can have an input text to filter the options, once I select any option then the input text does not have borders making it look like it was vanished. PF v4 didn't have this issue.

How do you reproduce the problem?

• Enter to https://www.patternfly.org/components/menus/select/react-deprecated#filtering-with-placeholder-text
• Select any checkbox of the select and pay attention to the input text (it is vanished)

Expected behavior
The input text borders should not be vanished

Is this issue blocking you?
No but I'm migrating from V4 to V5 and small details matter.

styles.selectMenuSearch and formStyles.formControl shouldn't be on the same div. styles.selectMenuSearch should be on a div that wraps formStyles.formControl.
