Better Web Search... again

Multiple tool fixes and much better web search capability. Also added a Windows version. It compiles... that's all I know.

Pengy Crossplatform

This is the first release where we have a validated, working OS X version with a DMG. The Linux version got an update to it's icon so it's much more Pengy-er.
