Add hotpath-rs instrumentation

Prototype https://github.com/pawurb/hotpath-rs instrumentation used for testing.

Run:

cargo install hotpath --features='tui' --version '^0.16'
cargo build --features='hotpath,hotpath-alloc'
./target/debug/zed
