Folders > ”No Folder“ view is missing media elements #15622

Description

Describe the Bug.

Image

When Media is not already sorted into a folder it simply disappears once you look at the folder view. While the folders are listed, the space underneath is blank. This creates a severe UX bug: The user is basically not able to sort media into folders. He can only do so with the rather convoluted Edit Drawer, which is also very unintuitive in regards to folders:

Here you basically need to click "No Folder" by chance to realize that you can change the folder by doing so.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Use Media and Folders
