Describe the Bug.
Tapping on a block inside lexical, e.g. on a post in the default website template, on mobile triggers an automatic scroll up on the page. The block that has just been tapped on scrolls out of view. It's very disorienting.
The expected behaviour would be that no scroll up occurs and the block stays in view.
The scroll up does not happen when tapping into richt text.
I also think it's unnecessary and disorienting that a tap on a block (to make it expand or collapse) assumes I want to go into editing mode. I don't. I just want to take a look at the extended block or collapse it again. I guess currently every tap into Lexical's editing window assumes that I want to go into editing mode.

Reproduction Steps
- Install default website template
- Edit a post in the admin UI on mobile
- Tap on a block inside Lexical, preferably one that's further down the page (otherwise the scroll up might not be that noticeable)
