Sharp bug: Image is being rotated during resize and crop

Use any uploads collection which has an array of imageSizes.

To Reproduce

Using this image: https://www.yummp.net/_clients/dev/001-20220709_143105.jpg and uploading to a collection in payload, will result in the image being rotated by sharp during processing.

Describe the Bug

Some images are oriented correctly on client, but not interpreted correctly by Sharp on upload. This causes some images to be rotated when processed by Sharp. Please see following issues and solutions: lovell/sharp#688 (comment) lovell/sharp#1203
