test: clean up media documents after creation

• This PR fixes the uploads test suite by deleting media documents after creation in order to prevent file name collision.
• This mainly addresses failures for the content-api for the uploads test suite.

Testing

Tested with the following commits:
Figma: 565606a206654b6ecdc64f743848b583f962662a
Enterprise-Plugins: 2cd231bb58b41fb0e882fb11446b350af15e9a2d

The uploads test suite went from (95/97) to fully passing (97/97)
Fixes these two failing tests:

• should remove existing media on re-upload - where query
• should not reduce images if resize options withoutReduction is set to true
