[FEATURE] simple cli app for opening an encrypted note and showing its content on the std-out

There is no qownnotes-cli written in C++ and I don't think there will ever be one. Providing all the different deployments like for QOwnNotes is far too much work.

• Added a command line option --decrypt-note <file> to print the decrypted text
  of an encrypted note file to stdout, with --decrypt-note-password <password>
  for providing the password directly instead of being prompted
  (for #3629)

hmm… this is definitely more then nothing, but…

• unfortunately it does not really help in all the known cases, because it needs the DISPLAY envvar (X, or wayland) is needed when "cli-mode" (argc>1) (as far as I know the QCoreApplication does not require it)
• a smaller thing: the password should not be written out when typing (w/o --decrypt-note-password)

UPDATE:
…and it seems the problem is only caused by the following line in main.cpp:819:

        QApplication app(argc, argv);

if I change is to:

        QCoreApplication app(argc, argv);

the app is running without X when --decrypt-note

it fixes all (tested only on linux!):
