Automatic renaming of hyperlink label

After changing the title of a note another note references, a hyperlink gets auto renamed but its label does not. Please also automatically change the hyperlink label to match the new title.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have to take a look if it can be detected if the title wasn't changed by the user afterwards...

• When a note is renamed and backlinks are updated, Markdown link titles that
  still match the old note title are now renamed too, for example
  [the note](the-note.md) becomes [the new note](the-new-note.md), while
  other link titles are preserved (for #705)
