This release:
- adds support for JupyterLab 1.0 and removes support for JupyterLab <1.0 (PRs 310 and 312).
  *jupyter-gmaps* 0.8.4 was the last version to support JupyterLab <1.0.
- removes a build artifact that was committed to source control (PR 311).
