Generation of THT holes & regular holes in one go

Hi, I am using gerber files generated by easyeda. I found out that if I want to drill THT holes & regular holes I need to change config every single time, to comment one line and uncomment the other.
Can we just create both ngc files in one go? I tried using two keys for drill, but it doesn't work.

Why not just combine the two drill files into a single file?

The drilling can use multiple sizes of drill and switch between drills.

tbh I don't know how to combine two DRL files. I would like to see such option without needing to do that.
I just made a few boards with 0.8mm component holes and 3mm mounting holes using one drill size without any issues.

Can you just run pcb2gcode twice, once per drill file?

If it's a lot of code for me to support two drill files but it is easy for you to just run twice, I think that running twice is the easier thing to do. pcb2gcode already has a lot of options from previous features and if I add each one, I worry that that interface will become just too difficult to use.
