pccx v0.1.0-alpha — first public architecture snapshot

pccx (Parallel Compute Core eXecutor) is now public as a v0.1.0-alpha
preview. This is the canonical architecture, ISA, and documentation
repository — RTL and tooling live in sibling repos.

What this alpha is

A specification + documentation snapshot, not a measured silicon
release. The architecture is stable enough to read, cite, and reason
about; throughput numbers are planning targets pending KV260
bring-up.

What's included

• Bilingual (EN + KO) Sphinx site at https://pccxai.github.io/pccx/,
  with numfig, MyST/MyST-NB, multiversion publishing, and a Furo
  dark/light theme.
• Full v002 architecture pages (top-level, GEMM, GEMV, SFU, KV cache,
  W4A8 DSP packing, dataflow per opcode).
• 64-bit VLIW ISA reference cross-referenced against the v002
  isa_pkg.sv source via literalinclude.
• ISA preprint PDF, built from main.tex via the isa-pdf.yml
  workflow and tracked at _static/downloads/pccx-isa-v002.pdf.
• repo-validate required check on main (URL hygiene, brand-name
  guard, Pages build sanity) plus a three-stage ruleset blocking
  direct push to main.
• Citation metadata: CITATION.cff, CHANGELOG.md, RELEASING.md.

Known limitations

• W4A8 throughput numbers are planning targets, not measured silicon.
• v002 RTL is hosted in pccxai/pccx-FPGA-NPU-LLM-kv260 and cloned at
  build time; this repo does not contain a bitstream or P&R closure.
• KV cache memory model is documentation-level, not benchmarked.
• v003 architecture is roadmap only; no scaffolding has landed.
• Localization beyond EN and KO is tracked under the lang:* labels
  for v0.3.
