是为了防止解析服务器频繁请求b站服务器而导致ban机（此处代理可以使用任意地区的节点，不是非得cn（标上cn只是说明此处accesskey是b站主站而非泰区））（我自己服务器关了这个代理（人少）） |

TL;DR
这里遇到请求失败, 给个错误提示可能会好点? 像这样
cn_proxy_accesskey_url 这个应该是为了应对-10500的情况的吧(
或者, 避免异地登录风险?), 开了, 一直用着, 然后今天突然发现服务器寄了, 排查不出来原因, 一直怀疑是服务器出问题了,最后实在想不通, 缓存的user_info让故障时有时无, 看日志是getuser_list出的问题, 看了看源码, 才猜到是cn_proxy_accesskey_url的代理出了问题导致的(病了两天, 宿舍断电, 没及时接上ups给宿舍的小服务器通电... 服务器的ip段挨D了绕美清洗, zerotier时好时坏... )
